Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging for a return to be accepted.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on e-liquids, disposable vapes, or used products unless they are faulty.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Refunds & Exchanges
- If an item is faulty or defective, we will offer a replacement or refund after inspection.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days once the return is approved.
- If returning due to a change of mind, only store credit or an exchange will be offered.
How to Return an Item

- Bring the item to our store or ship it back (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility).
- Once inspected, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit.
