Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging for a return to be accepted.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on e-liquids, disposable vapes, or used products unless they are faulty.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refunds & Exchanges

• If an item is faulty or defective, we will offer a replacement or refund after inspection.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days once the return is approved.
• If returning due to a change of mind, only store credit or an exchange will be offered.
